The theme of the exhibition is "Faith in the City 2008 - Vision".

Types of work for submission include paintings in any medium, drawings, mounted photographs and textile hangings, and must be the artist's own original work.  Items submitted in previous years will not be accepted.  For other types of work, please contact us.

Work size:  Maximum size of any piece is 2ft x 3ft approx.

Submission fee:  £5 per item, non-refundable.

Commission on sales:  10% of sale price.

Hanging:  Work does not have to be framed, but all entries must be ready to hang, using suitable attachments that won't damage other artists' work.

Submissions:  Friday 25 April, 11 am - 2 pm
Collection of unaccepted work:  Tuesday 29 April, 11 am - 2 pm
Collection of unsold exhibition work:  Sunday 25 May, 3 - 4 pm

Insurance:  Whilst every care will be taken, the organisers cannot accept responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged.
All work submitted is at the artist's own risk and appropriate insurance is the artist's own responsibility.

Entries:  All entries must have identification attached to the back of the work, to include: artist's name, address and telephone number, title of work, medium, and price (if for sale).
The organisers will also require this same information for all work submitted on a separate piece of paper (all work may be listed on the same sheet).
