For a long time we have been very proud of our building and thrilled to see it develop over the past three years. We also know that the members and those who worship with us enjoy its atmosphere, style, and the beauty that has been designed into its structure. That it is a Landmark Building was never, in our eyes, in doubt, and I am glad to say that this has been recognised by the Sussex Heritage Trust who have presented an award to mark this fact.

We were entered for the award by our architects, Saville Jones of Worthing, under the Ecclesiastical section, and it was a wonderful surprise when Dorset Gardens Methodist Church was announced as the winner.
