Choir
Under the conductor, Father Jerome Lloyd OSJV (Chair of Churches Together in Central Brighton & Kemptown), the Choir’s repertoire includes all styles from modern gospel to traditional hymns.
The choir takes part in the Sunday morning services and occasional concerts.  The vocal rehearsals take place every other Tuesday at 8 pm in the Church.  There is no age-limit or necessity to be able to read music.
Anyone interested in singing and praising the Lord can join the choir.

Soul Patrol
Soul Patrol is our vocal group at Dorset Gardens.  We have several members, but often sport a different line-up each time.
We started out in the summer of 2004 as “The Beach Girls” singing “Help me Jesus” - a parody of a Beach Boys’ song.  We briefly became “The Dorsettes”, but when we were joined by a couple of male voices it became “Soul Patrol”.
Mostly we sing at the monthly evening Café Connexion services where we are very fortunate to have a wonderful band of musicians who play for us, including keyboard, drums, guitar(s), bass guitar, percussion and sometimes a trumpet too.
We also take part in the morning All Age Worship services – and occasionally at other times.  Our main role is to lead the singing part of the worship services and to express our love and praise to God through songs, which we love to do and do gladly!
